Student
Research, Creative and Scholarly Activities Grant
Opportunity
This grant is an opportunity for students
to work with faculty mentors in research projects -- the
research project can involve student-initiated research
with a faculty mentor or an ongoing research project
with a faculty mentor. The grant provides $500 (for
travel related to research and conference presentation,
and supplies), tuition during the 2008-2009 academic
year, and an opportunity to serve as a research
assistant for five hours per week ($9.75 per hour).
Please consider connecting your civic
engagement work in the American Democracy Project and in
your other campus organizations with an opportunity to
research and prepare your findings for dissemination
(conference presentation and publication). We are happy
to help you.
