Thank you for your interest in the UCO Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship. Below is a list of eligibility requirements to review prior to completing the application.

1. Applicant’s parent(s) or grandparent(s) must have graduated from UCO/Central.

2. Applicant must provide the name(s) including maiden if applicable, social security number(s), address(es) and phone number(s) of your parent(s) and grandparent(s) who graduated from UCO/Central.

3. Applicant’s high school GPA must be a minimum of 3.0 and a minimum ACT score of 22.

4. Applicant/Recipient must an incoming freshman who is enrolled full-time (12 hours) in the fall semester immediately following high school graduation. Recipient must therefore meet all UCO admissions requirements.

5. Recipient must volunteer 10 hours of service to the Alumni Association each semester of the award year.
