Central Oklahoma Alumni House
Event Use Information
The UCO Alumni House is available for
event use by UCO Faculty and Staff and members of the UCO
Alumni Association only. Events must take place on
Saturdays or Sundays. Fees must be paid to the
Alumni Relations Office prior to the event. The fees for
use of the event area are as follows:
Access is available to the following areas
of the UCO Alumni House for events:

Back Patio, side-screened patio and gazebo

Kitchen
* Limited use of appliances is available. (For example,
you may store items in the refrigerator, but you may not
eat, drink, or disturb items already in it.)
* A small number of dishes, utensils, pots and
pans are available for assisting with event preparation.
If used, all must be cleaned and returned as found.

ADA compliant bathroom (inside the kitchen)
Please note: Access is not
available to the front downstairs area/rooms and upstairs
rooms of the Alumni House, even if it rains. These
areas are functioning offices. Only the side-screened
patio and gazebo are covered areas. The back patio
is an open area and not protected from rain.
The person using the Alumni House areas
for an event (User) is responsible for ALL
details surrounding the event, including delivery of
chairs, food and drink, set-up, breakdown, and cleanup.
User is also responsible for the securing of all entrances
and exits and must contact the UCO Department of Public
Safety to arrange securing. The Alumni Staff
will not be available to assist with the event.
Proposed event date and time must be
approved by the Executive Director of the Alumni Relations
Office at least one month in advance of the event.
User assumes liability for any damaged or
stolen items that may occur during user's event in the
Alumni Event Area.
Alcohol may be served in the patio event
area of the Alumni House at User's cost as long as a third
party vendor (Chartwell's Catering at UCO)
is secured.
Food may be served at User's cost as long
as Chartwell's Catering with UCO is utilized.
Chartwell's may be contacted through the Event Services
Office at (405) 974-2244.
User must provide all papergoods,
utensils, nametags, gifts, seating, trashcans, additional
tables, tablecloths, centerpieces, etc. Some of
these items may be available from Chartwell's.
Parking and signage is the responsibility
of the User. If User wishes to secure the student
lot to the east of the Alumni House, contact
Transportation and Parking Services.
