Good To Know:
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the building.
LATE ARRIVAL SEATING: Persons arriving after the overture has begun will not be seated in their reserved seats until the first convenient pause in the program. At the discretion of the ushers, temporary seating may be obtained at the back of the theater until reserved seating is accessible.
CAMERAS AND RECORDERS: The use of any photographs or recording Equipment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
LOST AND FOUND: Please call the Mitchell Hall box office.
PAGING AND CELL PHONES: Cell phones and pagers should be turned off when entering the theater and remain off during the performance.
BOX OFFICE HOURS: Tickets may be ordered over the telephone by calling the Mitchell Hall box office Monday through Friday between 10 a.m.and 5 p.m. On the day of the performance, the box office will be open until 8:30 p.m.
LOST TICKETS: Lost or misplaced tickets can be written in duplicate and can be obtained by calling the box office.
RETURNED TICKETS: All ticket sales are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a performance you may call the box office prior to the performance to release your tickets for resale. Resold tickets will be considered a contribution to the Broadway Tonight series and may be claimed for a tax deduction. Tax receipts will be mailed upon sale of the seats.
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: Single tickets (subject to availability) for performances go on sale one month before the scheduled performance and can be purchased by calling the box office. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
STUDENT RUSH TICKETS: Any unsold seat in the theater is available for $5 to high school and college students with valid student identification 30 minutes prior to the performance.
HANDICAPPED SEATING: Persons in wheelchairs or with other special needs Will be given priority on aisle and lower level seating when possible. Please inform the box office staff of your special request when ordering tickets so we may serve you properly.
