This looks to be an exciting year for the Senate with a new slate of officers and many new Senators. James Mock, Professor of Humanities and Philosophy, takes over the reigns as the new Senate President. David Hartmann, Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Operations Management,  is the new Vice-President. Other Senate officers include Charles Cooper as Senate Secretary, Mickey Hepner as Webmaster, and Rukmini Ravikumar is the Parliamentarian.

Several Senate Committees will also have new committee chairs this year. Those selected to Chair one of the standing Senate committees include:

8. Cari Roberts--Information Resources and Technology

9. Renee Warning--Personnel Policies

10. Rukmini Ravikumar--Research

11. Jerel Cowan--Student Relations
