2008/2009

Dear Student,     

     Application processing year 2008/2009 and academic year 2008/2009 begins with the Fall 2008 and ends with the Summer 2009. 

It is very important that you keep up with your UCO Student ID, for access to financial aid records will be denied without this form of identification.  To access your personal information on the web you will need both your UCO Student ID # as well as your PIN.  However this information is not needed to view the General Information section of our website.

    Supporting documents, such as income statements etc... should not be submitted to us unless requested by our Office.  Please note that all correspondence from the Office of Student Financial Aid will be sent via email to your UCO email address, so we encourage you to check your UCO email on a regular basis. If additional information is needed, you will be contacted by email.  Even though student applicants can have multiple addresses, most notifications and requests for additional information from our office will be sent to your UCO email address.  We encourage you to promptly change your mailing address on line or notify the Registrar Office if you change your mailing address to insure that you receive all other UCO correspondence.
