FAFSAs for 2008/2009 are available on the FAFSA website:  www.fafsa.ed.gov

Summer Aid Applications are available on the General Forms section of our website for the Summer 2008 term.  A 2007/2008 FAFSA must be on file with the federal processor in order to process summer aid.   

Bookstore charging for summer intercession will begin on Monday, May 12th.  Bookstore charging for the regular summer semester will begin on Monday, May 19th and run through Friday, June 6th.  Students enrolled in Block II-only courses for summer need to obtain bookstore vouchers on or before June 6th, 2008. 

Financial Aid Appeal deadline for June:  Friday, June 13th. 

The Office of Student Financial Services will begin their summer hours of operation beginning Monday, June 2nd through Friday, August 1st, 2008.  Hours: Mon-Thurs.  8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Financial Aid Appeals will not be reviewed during the months of December 2008 or May 2009.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Students who do not receive at least one passing grade for the term may have to prove they attended classes.  If unable to do so, they may be required to repay a portion of the funds previously received or applied to their account for that term.

If you will not be returning to UCO after this semester and you have previously received Perkins or Stafford Loan funding, you will need to complete Exit Counseling.  You can learn more about this process from our website at www.ucok.edu/finaid/general_info.htm under Federal Student Loan Information.
