Enrolling in classes on the web
 

Once you have your Visa to come to come to the University of Central Oklahoma, you can enroll in your classes from your country! This is a great advantage because you can secure you classes before you arrive in the United States.  If you need any help, don’t hesitate to contact your advisor.

8 Easy Steps for Enrolling on the Web

1. Fax a copy of your visa to your advisor at the Office of International Student Services. That fax is: 405-974-3832. Wait for confirmation from your advisor. OR Scan you visa and e-mail to international@ucok.edu.

2. Go to the Website: http://uconnect.ucok.edu
In the Secure Access Login window, enter your user name and password. Your password is your 6-digit birthday (mm/dd/yy). Click Login.


-If you do not know what your user name is, click on the blue link "What is my user name and password" in the middle of the screen.

3. Scroll down the page and locate the "Registration Tools" menu (under the "My Account" menu). Click on the link "Look Up Classes."

4. In the "Search by Term" pull down menu select the term in which you would like to enroll. When your term is selected, click "Submit."

5. Fill in desired criteria to search for a class. (Picking a subject and putting in the course number will show you all times offered for that course. Click on "Class Search" to search for classes on the on-line schedule. Leave the rest of the criteria blank.) Put a check in the box to the left of the desired class time and hit "Register" at bottom of screen. After registering, the class or classes you have chosen should be listed with a “web registered” message. There will be an “error” message if you were not able to enroll for that class. If there is an error, write its description down and see the appropriate office for assistance. Once you have successfully registered, click the "Class Search" button to enroll in additional courses.

6. To check your fee statement, click on the "Student and Financial Aid" menu tab near the top left corner of the page. Next, click the "Enrollment/Registration" menu link. From there, click on "Registration Account Summary."

7. After you successfully enroll in your classes, be sure to print out both your schedule and fee statement. You may want to print out the "Student Detailed Schedule" from the "Enrollment/Registration" menu as this has the most information. Log out by clicking on "logout" in the top right corner of the page.
8. Please visit our main website at www.ucok.edu. There you will find the answers to many of your questions and have access to most school services.

Important. If for some reason you can not come to the United States on time, please contact your advisor immediately so that you will not be charged for the semester.
