Statement of Understanding
This mandatory form requires that you agree to the conditions for admission and that you understand fully the UCO academic, administrative, and INS regulatory policies to become a UCO student on F-1 visa.

Financial Certificate
The United States Students and Visitors Program regulations require that sufficient financial resources be available to meet a student’s prospective educational and living expenses while in the U.S.  A guarantee of financial resources must be submitted by each applicant who expects to obtain or maintain Student (F-1) or Exchange Visitor (J-1) status.
