Admissions Process

The Jackson College of Graduate Studies & Research (JCGS&R) students provides a step by step outline of everything you need to do to apply to UCO's graduate school  as an international student.

Statement of Understanding
This mandatory form requires that you agree to the conditions for admission and that you understand fully the UCO academic, administrative, and INS regulatory policies to become a UCO student on F-1 visa. If applying "Online" this form must be submitted separately.

Financial Certificate
The United States Students and Visitors Program regulations require that sufficient financial resources be available to meet a student’s prospective educational and living expenses while in the U.S.  A guarantee of financial resources must be submitted by each applicant who expects to obtain or maintain Student (F-1) or Exchange Visitor (J-1) status.
