Nigh University Center
 

Take care of all of your UCO needs in just one building. Offering everything from Admissions, Enrollment, Academic Advisement, Financial Aid, Citizens Bank, Parking, Bookstore, and Campus Tours. The NUC also features a full service postal office, Starbucks Coffee, a barber and hairdresser shop, and a copy center. In addition, concerts, guest speakers, and special events are held in the NUC year round.
 
 

Citizens Bank
(located in Nigh University Center)

Serving Edmond for 104 years, this locally owned and operated bank has been in business on UCO’s campus since 1997. This full service bank offers free checking for students, loans, as well as funding for student loans, and four convenient on-campus ATM machines. In addition, Citizens has five locations Edmond wide, focusing on the residents and students in the community.
 
 

Y-Chapel
 

This original building was built in the 1940’s with funds donated by UCO art students. It is a non-denominational chapel, which is still used for weddings and campus worship.
 
 

Education Building
 

Built in 1996 and dedicated by President Clinton. Includes classrooms complete with the latest technology, a computer lab, and a “study break” area. Houses upper level psychology, education and speech pathology classes.
 
 

Old North
 

Built in 1898, this is the oldest education building in the state of Oklahoma.
 
 

Library
 

Newly expanded, offers internet access, study rooms, a computer lab, “study break” center (complete with a Starbucks coffee!!), electronic resources and a research area.
 
 

Murdaugh Hall
 

The men’s dormitory is located in the heart of campus. Two roommates per room, with individual sinks and community bath.
 
 

West Hall
 

The women’s dormitory includes two roommates per room, built in desks, and vanities with community bath in each hall.
 
 

University Suites
 

Brand new, state of the art building, rooms available in two bedroom and four bedroom plans. Complete with its’ own food court, computer lab, and laundry mat.
 
 

Commons Apartments
 

Apartment style housing, available in two and four bedroom plans. Apartments include full kitchen, dining room, living area, full size beds, washer/dryer, and furniture.
 
 

Hamilton Fieldhouse
 

Home to 12, NCAA Division II, varsity women and men’s sports. All athletic events free to UCO students.
 
 

Wellness Center
 

Brand new, 60 thousand square-foot, multi-purpose workout facility, serving student’s, faculty, and staff year-round.
 
 

Communication Building
 

Includes programs such as broadcasting, communication, and journalism. Complete with a television station and two radio stations.
 
 

Liberal Arts
 

Majority of general education classes offered in this building such as English, Humanities, History, Geography, and Foreign Languages.
 
 

Business Building
 

Houses all classes for the College of Business. Offers one of the top ranked Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) programs in Oklahoma.
 
 

UCO Jazz Lab
(Located off Campus)

Modeled after jazz clubs in New Orleans, students and community members enjoy listening and relaxing to the sounds of live entertainment while dining at Hideaway Pizza.
 
 

Howell Hall
 

Houses all types of science classes and also labs in the newly added wing.
 
 

Coyner Health and Science Building
 

Includes degrees such as: one of the only undergraduate Forensic Science degrees in the U.S., the only Funeral Service degree in OK, and the second largest Nursing program in OK.
 
 

Mitchell Hall
 

Free performances to UCO students; including, music theatre, gospel choir, and dance.
 
 

Art Building
 

Includes a wide variety of art classes, as well as a museum which displays work from UCO students and professional artists year round.
 
 

Thatcher Hall
 

Offers services such as Testing, the Learning Resource Center, Correspondence Studies, and ROTC.
 
UCO has certified state police officers that patrol the campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergency call boxes are located throughout the campus and the campus safe walk program is provided for students.
 
 

Evans Hall
 

Evans Hall is named after Charles Evans, who was the eighth president of Central in 1911. Evans Hall is the home of the Alumni Reunion Center and the UCO Foundation.
