*4  Block 1 Courses dropped after January 21st will have a "W"
recorded and will be charged full tuition and fees.
*5  Block 2 Courses dropped after March 13th will have a "W"
recorded and will be charged full tuition and fees.
*6  Short courses dropped after the first day of the class will be charged
full tuition and fees.   Refunds for short courses which start after
the beginning of the spring term will not be processed
