Planning Your Conference

The University of Central Oklahoma offers the resources necessary to make your conference event a success. This page provides a summary of the necessities when planning a conference on campus.

>Do you need campus housing?

If so, you are in the right place. Please visit our housing accommodations page to review the variety of campus living options. UCO Housing offers facilities ranging from traditional residence halls to hotel-style accommodations. Housing accommodations are reserved when the contract for services is received, so please return your contract as soon as possible to guarantee your spaces.

>Do you need meal service?

UCO offers both cafeteria meals and catering service. Please use the Housing Conference Contract to request cafeteria meals. Catering service can be arranged through the Nigh University Center.

>Meeting spaces:

The Nigh University Center offers the greatest resource for meeting spaces and offers rooms ranging from classroom-style to a full size auditorium. UCO also offers classroom spaces in academic buildings when they are not in use by university classes. Finally, spaces within the residence halls may be requested for an additional charge. Please speak with the Housing Conference & Marketing Coordinator for details.

>Campus parking:

Vehicles on campus must display a parking permit. UCO Housing conference guests receive complimentary parking.

When the details of your stay are final, please complete the Housing Conference Contract to secure your residence hall spaces, meal service and parking.
