OTS emphasis on autoimmunization of the processes. We try to eliminate unnecessary redundancy in web development and scripting and also to build products that require minimum support and training.

The second big goal is to use widely available technologies that are free or we have already purchased them.

The resources available for development include but not limited to the following.

- Database driven web sites - MS Access, SQL Server as a back-end

- Stand alone data-mart solutions (forms, reports, macros, PL/SQL- MS Access, Oracle

- Programming Languages - Java, C+/#, Visual Studio, VBA

- Graphic Design/ Multimedia - Adobe Macromedia MX (Flash, Free Hand, FireWorks...)Kit, Macromedia Director MX, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw
