- Tuition Calculator - in six months the calculator was visited more than 13,000 times and about 2/3 of the visitors consider it very useful or somehow useful! This small script has saved hundreds of work hours that Enrollment management staff otherwise will devote on answering and clarifying questions from prospective students.

- Immunization Self-reporting system - the results is 100% compliance with the state's requirement that the University Health Center has to collect immunization history for all UCO students.

- Housing Maintenance Request System -  since its introduction in May 2006 the system has been used by 5000 students to report problems in their rooms. The system helps timely work order assignment and a real time status update.

- Student Affairs Electronic Library - we believe the benefit of having all know-how and past knowledge collected in the same place and delivered on demand unquestionable.

- International Student Enrollment Management Assistant - one of our most important projects. It helps the Office of International Office with marketing and promotional of its services as well with the recruitment and enrollment of foreign students. The system reaches about 15,000 prospective students each year, turns around 1,700 in prospective applicants and helps to enroll 10 to 15% of them.  

- University Academic Calendar - in 3 months since its introduction the calendar has been visited more than 11,000 times.
