Accessing Shared Drives
To access shared drives, you must first be given access. You can gain access by filling out IT's
Employee Security Access Form
If you have been given access to the folder, in windows:
1) Click Start then go to Run
2) In the run prompt type \\eris
This will open up the share drive you have access to. Find the Student Affairs folder, and click it. Voila. You now can see all of the files that you have access to.

Goodbye White Poster Edges!
If you want the bright white edge removed from your posters, the next time you send an order to the print shop use this phrase, "Print to Bleed."
This informs printing services that when they print your posters, they are to cut away the white edge, allowing your publicity to be printed all the way to the edge of the page...and now you know.

4x6 Flyers/ Poster Cards
Eureka! Today we mastered the art of printing 4x6 flyers through printing services. We can now print 9 full color 4x6 flyers per 11x17 sheet. At a cost of $1 per sheet you can print 90 flyers for only $10.
4x6 Flyer/ Post Card designs usually take 2-3 days to complete.
