About Us

The office of technology and media design is dedicated
for sole use by the Division of Student Affairs at the
University of Central Oklahoma. If you have an IT related
issue and you are not a Student Affairs professional, please
contact the office of Information Technology at 974-2255.

The Office of Technology and Media Design formerly known
as the Office of Technology Services was created to serve a
dual role in the Division of Student Affairs.The primary function
of this office is to provide technical support to student affairs
professionals at UCO. This includes assisting the Division of
Student Affairs with developing applications, creating and
developing office automation systems, installing hardware
and software. Additionally, OTMD gathers, analyzes,
disseminates, and presents data in appropriate report formats.
This responsibility includes the development and maintenance
of content rich websites for the Division of Student Affairs.

As a secondary function, the office of Technology and Media
Design also develops publicity in the form of posters, videos,
brochures, and handbills in order market programs implemented
by the Student Affairs professionals.
