University Health Services provides medical care, lab tests and pharmaceuticals to faculty, staff, and students enrolled in the University of Central Oklahoma. We know you need to stay well in order to stay in class. We offer convenient, affordable health care for those with minor injuries or illnesses. Patients are encouraged to make an appointment, but walk-in visits are accommodated whenever possible. Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 according to the University Calendar.
We provide a wide variety of services including women’s health examinations, general physical examinations, and laboratory testing. Pharmaceuticals, TB tests and vaccines are also available, including Flu Shots, and State required immunizations.
Oklahoma
state law requires that all students who attend Oklahoma colleges and
universities provide
proof of
immunization against
Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Hepatitis B.
If you cannot verify your immunizations you will need to be re-immunized.
Medical,
religious
and moral exemptions
must be made in writing.
Most Oklahoma Public High School students graduating after 2002 are already
compliant with State law.
Bring your health insurance card with you at the time of service. If you need student health insurance, click here. We will file with your health insurance company for services provided. If uncertain as to whether or not your insurance company will cover medical services at this facility, please call the number on the back of your insurance card to verify. Expenses not covered by your health insurance will be posted to your Bursar account.
Nurses can provide an absence verification card should one be needed for class or work. All medical records are confidential. University Health Services complies with Federal HIPAA and State regulations. Copies of our Privacy Practice and Patient Rights and Responsibilities are posted here, as well as in the clinic.
