Welcome students to UCO!
One of the best ways to enjoy your college experience is
getting involved with your university. The Senate is your
chance! The Senate is comprised of one member from every
active organization on campus. It is a great opportunity to
meet and network with people and other organizations, find
out what is happening on campus, and just to have a great
time!
The Senate discusses and votes on major issues dealing with
the college. But more importantly you get to express how you
feel about these issues, and you have a voice for not only
your organization but the student body.
Rather you are an incoming, transfer, or current student,
you should not wait one more semester to get involved. Act
now! This next year is yours, so take control of it. Push
yourself and strive to make this campus better than when you
came. Leave knowing that you made a difference, no matter
how big or small. Leave here a proud UCO student.

Nigh University Center just down from the enrollment office.
