Endeavor Games Participant:

Another Endeavor Games is on the books, but we know there are always areas of improvement.  We want to hear your feedback about what needs to be changed and what is working fine.

Below are some areas to comment on, but please add to the list if there is an area that I didn’t mention.  UCO Disabled Sports wants to offer the best event we can, but we need your comments to make the event better.  If you would like to fill this out online, please go to www.ucok.edu/wellnesscenter/ds_endeavor.htm, or you can fax the survey to (405) 974-3808.
