The Wellness Center
offers all you need to stay healthy and fit: cardio machines,
fitness classes, personal trainers, weights, indoor track,
intramural sports and more!
But on those busy
days or late nights that the gym may not be an option, here is a
simple fitness routine that you can do from the convenience of your
dorm room, home, or apartment!
The only equipment
needed for the dorm room work out is YOU, some water bottles
(optional), a stable chair, and some athletic shoes! And the
routine only takes 15 to 20 minutes to complete!

fitness routine was developed by UCO student Ashley Miller, KHS Exercise
and Fitness Management major with design work provided by student
Ryan Hall, Graphic Design major.
Student exercise leaders included
in the brochure are Jake Hillemeyer and Kylie West.
