Fall group exercise (punch
card classes) schedule begins Monday, August 22nd and runs through Saturday,
November 20th.
Punch Cards cannot be
used for those classes highlighted in yellow below. These specialized classes
have a developed curriculum and require a separate registration and fee!

Class Descriptions:
Pilates: Mat
based—this is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and
your own body weight to provide resistance. The central aim is to condition the
deeper, supporting muscles of the body to improve posture, balance and
coordination.
Pump n' Flex: A
barbell resistance classing increasing muscular strength the repetition training
with choreographed movements and music.
Yoga: Renew,
relax, and restore. Learn hatha yoga postures, stretches for the body, and
breathing techniques. Flow postures together to increase your heart rate and
develop power and strength.

Cardio Kickboxing:
A high intensity workout with controlled punches, kicks, blocks, and
combinations. Participants will be challenged and inspired to discover the
endless energy and power of simple yet precise kickboxing technique.
Indoor Cycling: An excellent
cardiovascular workout utilizing stationary bikes that provide resistance based
on the move and goal of the participant. Climb, sprint, and jump your workout to
the next level. Class limited to 10 participants.

Group Exercise Classes General Guidelines
- All UCO students,
faculty/staff, alumni and Wellness Center members may attend and purchase
punch card fitness classes. The public may purchase a punch card at an
increase rate.
- Participants must
present a valid UCO ID, Wellness Center membership card, or alumni
membership card in order to purchase a punch card and each time they
participate in class.
- Cards will be kept
and punched at the front desk of the Wellness Center or at the entrance
doors of the group fitness room.
- Purchase of punch
card does not guarantee admission. Classes are filled on a first come first
served basis. Once a fitness class reaches the participant limit, additional
participants will be turned away.
- Classes that do not
maintain regular attendance of 5 participants or more will be canceled. The
Wellness Center reserve the right to change schedules based on participation
and instructor availability.
- Purchase punch cards
at the front desk of the wellness center. Cash, check, visa, discover, and
master card accepted.
- Punch cards will
expire Saturday, November 20th, 2005 for the fall 2005 semester. REFUNDS
WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR UNUSED PUNCH CARDS OR PUNCHES.
- All classes start and
end on time. For your health and safety—no entry will be permitted 10
minutes into the start of the class.
- Athletic shoes and
water only allowed in group fitness room.
