Payment
Options:
All students
enrolled and in good standing at UCO will be eligible for membership
and access to the Wellness Center.
Faculty/ staff and their spouses, along with student spouses have the following payment options:

Faculty/Staff who choose the monthly payment plan must enroll in
payroll deduction. Contact

Spouses of UCO students are eligible for membership and
may contact the Wellness Center at Ext 3150 for information and
payment options.

Guests:
Members may
bring a guest for $5 per visit (limit 2 guests per visit). Guests
must be 18 years of age or older, be accompanied by a member, and sign a waiver
of release and liability which is available at the front desk of the
Wellness Center.

Parking
Permits:
A parking
permit is available for $12 per year or $1 per month for community
members and spouses of faculty/staff and students. These parking permits are valid only in the
multi-purpose lots
adjacent to the Wellness Center. Members can register and
purchase parking permits at the front
desk of the Wellness Center.

Waiver
& Release:
All patrons
of the Wellness Center are required to sign a waiver of release
and liability.

ID
Cards:
Current UCO
ID cards will be validated and used as your Wellness Center membership
card. Community members, faculty/staff and student spouses will
receive a special Wellness Center ID card with their membership to
be picked up at the front desk of the
Wellness Center within two weeks of submitting a membership
application.
