Massage reduces stress and anxiety, releases toxins from the blood, reduces muscle tension, increases blood circulation, increases range of motion, increases metabolism, and cleanses and tones the skin.Wellness Center licensed massage therapist, Letitia Jackson, specializes in Swedish massage, reflexology, deep tissue, and reiki (energy work). Letitia graduated from White River School of Massage in 1998 and since then has continued her education by becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and Integrated Energy Therapist. She has also worked at various spas and resorts in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
